Welcome to Opsequium LSS. Opsequium LSS is a trade name of Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC.
We operate this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products, and services made available through it. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise using our services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colors, textures, proportions, embroidery, and other product details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of the product.
Many products offered by Opsequium LSS are produced on demand after an order is submitted. Minor variations may occur between items and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, images, availability, pricing, sizing, and other information may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to any person, location, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, pricing errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we have confirmed the order.
Please review your product, size, quantity, billing information, and shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after purchase, and we may be unable to change or cancel an order after production begins.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs charges, duties, or other fees that may apply.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
You are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, duties, or similar costs imposed by your country or jurisdiction.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Made-to-order products require production time before shipment.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or another issue outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available. If a package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color selection, or a change of mind.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or qualifying lost items may be eligible for a replacement or refund when reported within the time and manner stated in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under applicable law.
SECTION 7 — ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION PRODUCTS
Products sold through Opsequium LSS are blank administrative organizers, trackers, merchandise, and recordkeeping tools. They do not provide legal advice, explain legal procedures, rights, or obligations, recommend forms or strategies, determine filing or service requirements, or calculate deadlines. Purchasing a product does not create an attorney-client relationship. Document preparation services are provided separately under a written Legal Document Assistant contract signed before services begin. These retail Terms do not replace or modify that separate contract.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its contents, including trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, product designs, embroidery designs, text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, and website arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
“Opsequium,” “Opsequium LSS,” associated logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, products, and services are owned by Shopify. Other names, logos, and trademarks displayed through the website belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, applications, links, integrations, payment services, fulfillment providers, or other services operated by third parties.
Third-party services are provided under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and risk. Questions or complaints concerning a third-party service should be directed to that provider when appropriate.
SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Opsequium LSS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and ecommerce services.
Sales made through this store are transactions directly between the customer and Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Opsequium LSS and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, or other aspects of those sales.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products purchased from Opsequium LSS.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY

Because Shopify hosts our store, information submitted through the website may be collected, processed, and transmitted by Shopify and by service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations.

SECTION 12 — FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business and products.
You must disclose any compensation or incentive received in connection with a review or submission.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

Our website may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, inventory, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these Terms, misuse the website, engage in suspected fraud, or create a risk to us, our customers, Shopify, or another service provider.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination remain enforceable. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express warranties stated in writing.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and noninfringement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, or replacement costs, even when advised that such damages may be possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC, Shopify, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:
• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the website or services
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Content you submit through the website
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim and may control its defense and settlement, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed when necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the online store and supersede prior communications concerning that use.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer of assets, or other lawful business transaction.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section does not govern disputes arising from a separate Legal Document Assistant service contract. Venue for those disputes is governed by the applicable written contract and California law.
Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings concerning these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.
When required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
