RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

Each Opsequium LSS product is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color selection, or a change of mind. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@opsequiumlss.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment provider to determine whether the package qualifies for replacement or refund.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or another issue outside our control.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable law.
